Free delivery on orders over R1800.
All order below R1800, requires an additional delivery fee.

Your order is deemed to be accepted when you receive our order confirmation.

Ingeven reserves the right to refuse orders, cancel any sale, and terminate accounts at the company’s discretion.

DELIVERY

All online orders placed will be delivered to the physical address provided with your order. Please note that all orders will be occupied during office hours.

We strive to ship as quickly as possible. We commit to 3-5 working days for delivery.

In-stock items are processed and shipped within 24 – 48 hours of payment being received (does not include Saturday, Sundays or South African holidays).

Orders for items that are currently not in stock will be advised per e-mail. Production time for out-of-stock items are approximately 10 days.

If you notice any discrepancies on your order form, please contact us immediately to prevent any delays in receiving your order.

We always try our best to ensure that your package arrives within the stipulated delivery times or sooner. Of course, there are some things that are beyond our control. Regardless of the reason for the delay, we will do our best to help you as best we can and endeavour to inform you as soon as we know of any impending delays.

RETURNS

We take great care with our quality and strive to deliver items in perfect condition. If you are however not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item within 14 days after purchase.

The item must still be in its original condition.
Shipping costs will be for the customer’s account.
The refund will be processed once we have received the item back from the client and inspected by us.

PRODUCT CARE

We recommend that garments be washed by hand in cold water with a mild detergent.

This will make it possible for their good appearance to last the longest. When hand washing is not an option, the delicate cycle on your machine is preferred. The use of cold water is recommended.

Another process to keep the outward appearance of your garments/products is to turn them inside out. This process will help to protect the outward side, and the appearance of garments/products cleaned in a washing machine. To prevent shrinking in the drying process, items should be hanged to dry naturally. When drying on a clothing line outside; keep the cloths turned inside out. This will prevent the sun from fading the fabric.

When ironing your garments/products, use the cotton setting and plenty of steam. Please do not iron on the labels.
